Aber Fed Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous and congestion. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. this combination medication is used to treat symptoms associated with cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use Aber Fed: Take it medication by mouth. this should be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew medication. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this medication as directed. do not increase dose or take it more many times or longer than prescribed. It's recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.
Aber Fed side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur the first few days as your body adjusts to medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform youre physician. Notify your doctor if you develop: chest pain, a rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. Because this med may cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness and avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre physician or pharmacist.
Aber Fed Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: pre-existing heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, emphysema, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, history of seizures. it drug must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with youre pharmacist. this isn't known if this drug appears at breast milk; consult youre healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Aber Fed drug interactions: Tell youre healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: sleeping meds, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, med for depression, med since high blood pressure. Tell you're doctor if you have taken any MAO inhibitors in last two weeks: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or physician approval.
Aber Fed Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, & seizures.
Aber Fed special notes: do not share it product with others.
If you missed Aber Fed dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take if this is almost clock for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Aber Fed Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in bathroom.
