    Tretinoin/mequinol - topical

    Solage Usage: this med is used to treat brown 'age' or 'liver' spots (solar lentigines).

    How to use Solage: Read the medication following details provided by your physician. If you have any questions regarding information, ask your pharmacist or physician. Apply this medication to skin to be treated using applicator tip usually twice daily at least 8 hours apart or as directed by your doctor. Important not to apply to surrounding skin as temporary lightening of skin surrounding the treated skin (halo hypopigmentation) may occur. it drug is for use on skin only. Avoid contact with the eyes. do not use more then prescribed, apply this more often or use it for longer than prescribed. some your condition will not clear faster, but risk of side effects may be increased. do not shower or bathe the treated skin for in least 6 hours after applying this medication. Cosmetics may be applied 30 minutes after applying it drug.

    Solage side effects: Temporary stinging, burning, irritation, peeling, redness, itching, or dry skin may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your pharmacist or pharmacist promptly. An allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate doctor attention if this occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or pharmacist.

    Solage Precautions: Before using it medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: vitiligo, eczema, any allergies. this medication may make you more sensitive to the sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning booths or sunlamps. Wear protective clothing when outdoors. it medication must not be used during pregnancy. If you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant, inform your doctor immediately. It's not known whether it drug passes into breast milk. Consult you're doctor before breast-feeding.

    Solage drug interactions: this drug should not be used with the following medications because theyre may be increased sensitivity to sun: thiazides (e.g., hydrochlorothiazide), tetracycline antibiotics, quinolone antibiotics (e.g., ciprofloxacin), phenothiazines (e.g., chlorpromazine), sulfa drugs. Before using this tablet, tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription & nonprescription products you may use, especially of: other skin goods. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.

    Solage Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Solage special notes: Follow comprehensive sun protection program, before & after using this medication. Ask your healthcare professional or pharmacist for more details. do not share this medication with others.

    If you missed Solage dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as you remember. If It's near the clock about next dose, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not double the dose to catch up.

    Solage Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from light, moisture, & open flame. do not store in the bathroom. Keep every medicines away from children & pets.
