Blanex a Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms of allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes & sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining & improve breathing.
How to use Blanex a: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. it is recommended to drink plenty about fluids while taking this medication, unless youre healthcare professional instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or are accompanied by a high fever, notify you're doctor. do not increase dose or take it more frequently than recommended. suspension dosage form must be shaken well before each use.
Blanex a side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss about appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability & dry mouth and nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to medication. If they persist or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing in ears, difficulty urinating. may cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from a seated or lying position. Change positions slowly & be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.
Blanex Precautions: Tell your physician you're medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, HBP, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, drug allergies. check it product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult some your pharmacist promptly if it contains PPA or if you are uncertain this product has PPA. do not drink alcoholic beverages. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Consult some your healthcare professional before breast-feeding. don't give this drug to a children younger than six years of age unless directed to do so by a doctor.
Blanex drug interactions: Tell your doctor what medications you take, especially of: high blood pressure pills, anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, sleeping meds, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain med, other cold or allergy medication. do not take it med if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within last 2 weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Blanex a Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose in children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount about urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.
Blanex a special notes: do not share it product with others.
If you missed Blanex dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if this is almost time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Blanex Storage: Store in room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
