Neomycin Bacitracin Poly HC Usage: this medication is used to treat or prevent eye infections.

How to use Neomycin Bacitracin Poly HC: for best effects, this med must be used as directed. Continue using it for full time prescribed. Stopping this medication too soon may not clear infection & could possibly result in reinfection. Apply eye ointment to the affected eyes as follows: Wash hands 1st. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the tube tip or let it touch your eye. Rolling the ointment tube in your hands for minute will make the ointment flow easier. Tilt youre head back, gaze upward & pull down lower eyelid to make pouch. Place 1/4 to 1/2 inch about ointment into the pouch by squeezing the tube gently. Close eye and roll eyeball in all directions to spread medication. Try not to blink & do not rub the eye. Wipe the tip of the ointment tube with a tissue to remove excess drug before capping this. If you are using an eye drop in addition to it med, apply eye drops 1st & wait at least five minutes before applying this eye ointment. If you are using another type of eye ointment, wait at least ten minutes after using this tablet before applying it.

Neomycin Bacitracin Poly HC side effects: this pill may temporarily sting or burn your eyes for a minute or two when 1st applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome, inform your pharmacist. Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable for a period after applying eye ointment. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify you're doctor immediately if you develop: skin rash, itching/burning/redness/pain/swelling in or around eyes, vision problems. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your healthcare professional or pharmacist.

Neomycin Bacitracin Poly HC Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have: other eye problems, allergies (especially to any antibiotics or sulfites). it drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Discuss risks & benefits with your pharmacist.

Neomycin Bacitracin Poly HC drug interactions: Tell some your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or healthcare professional approval.

Neomycin Bacitracin Poly HC Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
