Hydrocodone W Guaifenesin side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, headache, loss of appetite, constipation, nausea or stomach upset may occur the first some days as your body adjusts to the drug. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your physician. Notify your doctor if you develop: chest pain, a rapid pulse, skin rash, mental confusion, hallucinations, breathing trouble.
