    Phenazopyridine/hyoscyamine/butabarbital - oral

    (feh-naze-oh-peer-ih-deen/hye-oh-sye-uh-meen/byou-tuh-barb-ih- tall)

    Urelief PLUS Usage: it drug is used to treat symptoms about urinary tract (bladder) infections such as pain, burning, urinary urgency & frequency.

    How to use Urelief PLUS: Take this medication by mouth as directed usually with food or after meals. Take each dose with full glass of water & drink plenty of fluids while taking this.

    Urelief PLUS side effects: Stomach upset, headache, dry mouth, drowsiness, dizziness or blurred vision may occur. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your physician. To relieve dry mouth, suck on (sugarless) hard candy or ice chips, chew (sugarless) gum, drink water or use saliva substitute. Notify some your physician if you develop: chest pain, rapid pulse, unusual bruising, pale fingernails, unusual weakness, fever, mental confusion, skin rash. this medication causes urine to turn orange-red in color. do not be alarmed. this effect is temporary & will disappear when medication is stopped. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your physician or physician.

    Urelief PLUS Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: kidney problems, liver disease, stomach or intestinal disorders, glaucoma, any allergies. Because this drug may cause drowsiness or blurred vision, use caution driving or performing tasks requiring alertness. Avoid alcoholic beverages while using this pill, since alcohol may intensify the side effects of this pill. this drug isn't recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult some your physician before using it drug. this combination product contains barbiturate. Barbiturates pass into breast milk which has resulted in producing undesirable effects on nursing infants. Using it drug while breast-feeding is not recommended.

    Urelief PLUS drug interactions: Tell your physician about any over-the-counter or prescription medication you take, especially of: blood pressure medications, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, narcotic pain relievers (e.g., codeine), sleeping pills. this drug may interfere with the effectiveness about birth control pills. Discuss using other methods of birth control with your physician. don't start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or physician approval.

    Urelief PLUS Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include headache, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, dilated pupils, hot & dry skin, drowsiness, dizziness, difficulty swallowing, seizures, & loss of consciousness.

    Urelief PLUS special notes: don't share this tablet with others.

    If you missed Urelief PLUS dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take it if Its near the clock for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Urelief PLUS Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. don't store in the bathroom.
