Emollients - topical
Droxy Usage: Emollients are substances which soften & moisturize the skin. Emollients may be used as lubricants to treat or prevent dry, itchy skin & minor skin irritations (e.g., diaper rash).
How to use Droxy: this tablet is to be applied to the skin as directed. Avoid use in the eyes.
Droxy side effects: most emollients can be used safely and effectively with no side effects. However, if redness, irritation or itching occur or continue, notify your pharmacist or pharmacist. Inform your physician if the condition for which this drug was prescribed does not improve after some days. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.
Droxy Precautions: Tell your doctor youre medical history, especially: skin infections/disorders, any allergies. Before using this medication, tell youre doctor if you pregnant or breast-feeding.
Droxy med interactions: Tell you're pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take including: any skin products. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or doctor approval.
Droxy Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Droxy special notes: there are many types of emollient products available. few contain other ingredients or may be scented. They are available in different forms such as oils, creams, lotions or sprays. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist on product that may be best since you.
If you missed Droxy dose: Skip missed dose and resume youre regular schedule.
Droxy Storage: Store at room temperature and keep away from moisture & sunlight. do not freeze liquid forms.
