Pramoxine/camphor/zinc acetate - topical lotion

Calahist Clear Usage: Pramoxine is a topical anesthetic used on skin to relieve minor pain, itching & discomfort. Camphor helps to relieve itching while the zinc acetate acts as protectant & a drying agent. this combination med is used to treat certain skin conditions such as insect bites, irritation, rash due to poison oak, poison ivy or poison sumac.
How to use Calahist Clear: this medication is for use on the skin only. To apply, clean and dry affected area as directed. Apply very small amount to the skin area & rub in gently. Cover with a bandage if told to do so. Wash hands thoroughly after use. lotion may be applied to gauze or bandage 1st. do not use big amounts or use this more often than prescribed since chance for side effects may be increased. Avoid contact with the eyes. Use sparingly on child or elderly persons since they may be more sensitive to effects of it drug when used in big amounts. don't ingest this drug.
Calahist Clear side effects: this medication may cause temporary redness or minor irritation when 1-st applied. If these symptoms continue or become worse inform you're healthcare professional. Notify your doctor if you develop: swelling/itching/rash where drug was applied. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or healthcare professional.
Calahist Clear Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: other skin conditions, any drug allergies. this med should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with some your pharmacist. it is not known if it drug is found at breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Calahist Clear drug interactions: Tell you're pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you use, including: all skin products. don't start or stop any medicine with-out physician or doctor approval.
Calahist Clear Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Calahist Clear special notes: Use it only for condition for which it was prescribed. If the condition does not improve or becomes worse after a few days, notify youre doctor.
If you missed Calahist Clear dose: If you miss dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Calahist Clear Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat. check expiration date on tube & discard any expired tablet.
