    Tetrahydrozoline - ophth

    common brand names: Clarif-Eye, Murine Plus, Opti-Clear, Visine

    Opti Clear Usage: it drug is used in the eye to relieve redness, burning & irritation due to dry eyes, allergies or minor irritations.

    How to use Opti Clear: it medication is for use at the eye as directed. One or 2 drops are placed in affected eyes up to four times a day. Apply eye drops as follows: Wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper or let it touch your eye. Shake eye drops well before using. Tilt youre head back, gaze upward & pull down lower eyelid to make pouch. Place dropper directly over eye & administer the prescribed number of drops. see downward & gently close your eye for 1 to 2 minutes. Place one finger at corner of the eye near the nose and apply gentle pressure. this will prevent medication from draining away from eye. Try not to blink & don't rub the eye. do not rinse dropper. Wash hands after use. If you are using another kind of eye drop, wait at least five minutes before applying other medications.

    Opti Clear side effects: it medication may temporarily sting or burn some your eye for minute or two when 1'st applied. If it continues or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable for few minutes after applying eye drops. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: skin rash, eye pain, swelling in or around the eyes, vision problems. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're physician or pharmacist.

    Opti Clear Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: other illnesses, allergies (especially medication allergies). this med should be used with caution during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Discuss the risks & benefits with your doctor.

    Opti Clear tablet interactions: Tell your doctor about any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may use, including: another eye medications. don't start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.

    Opti Clear Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Opti Clear special notes: If the condition for which this was prescribed does not improve or becomes worse after few days, consult your doctor.

    If you missed Opti Clear dose: If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not apply it if It's near the time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Opti Clear Storage: Close container tightly after each use. Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. Discard this if solution turns brown, cloudy or contains particles.
