Drocon Cs Usage: Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. low-dose narcotic antitussive helps control a cough. the antihistamine is for relief from sneezing, runny nose, water eyes. this combination product is used to treat symptoms associated with common colds, allergies, hay fever & other respiratory illnesses.
How to use Drocon Cs: Take this drug as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. do not increase your dose or take this more often than directed. this pill is best taken with full glass about water after a meal or snack.
Drocon Cs side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, headache, loss about appetite, nausea, stomach upset or dry mouth may occur 1st some days as your body adjusts to medication. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your pharmacist. To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit your intake of alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify your healthcare professional if you develop: chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, HBP, difficulty urinating, tremors, nervousness, hallucinations, breathing trouble. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or healthcare professional.
Drocon Cs Precautions: Tell you're doctor if you have: kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, emphysema, high blood pressure, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, depression, a history about drug dependency, any allergies. Use caution performing tasks requiring alertness if this tablet causes you to feel drowsy. check it product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). the FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your physician promptly if this contains PPA or if you uncertain this product has PPA. it tablet should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with youre doctor. since small amounts of this medication found in breast milk, consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Drocon Cs drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription tablet you may take, including: blood pressure meds, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, sleeping tablets, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), cimetidine, narcotic pain medication (e.g., codeine). Limit youre intake of alcoholic beverages while taking this drug. do not start or stop any medicine with-out pharmacist or doctor approval.
Drocon Cs Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include drowsiness, headache, dizziness, weakness, profuse sweating, slow or quick heartbeat, slow or shallow breathing, hyperactivity, fever, seizures, or unconsciousness.
Drocon Cs special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this med. it will help to break up mucus and clear congestion.
If you missed Drocon Cs dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near time for the following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Drocon Cs Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. don't store in the bathroom.
