cam Ap Es Usage: Hydralazine and reserpine help to widen arteries and veins so blood flows better. Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) is 'water pill' (diuretic) that helps rid the body of excess fluid. it combination medication is used to treat hypertension.
