Q Naftate Usage: this medication is used to treat fungal skin infections.

How to use Q Naftate: Clean & dry the affected area before applying the medication. To apply, gently massage a small amount of tablet to affected area & surrounding skin. Continue to use the med as prescribed for full time prescribed. Stopping therapy too early may not clear infection, causing it to return. Cover with bandage only if instructed to do so by you're doctor. it may take one week before any improvement is seen. If no improvement is seen after 4 weeks, consult your physician. another drug may be necessary. do not apply it medication into the eyes, nose or mouth; use carefully when applying close to these areas.

Q Naftate side effects: this medication may cause burning, stinging or redness when first applied to the skin. this should disappear in some days as some your body adjusts to the drug. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your pharmacist promptly. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or physician.

Q Naftate Precautions: Tell your doctor you're medical history, especially about: other skin conditions, any allergies. Before using this medication, tell your physician if you are pregnant or planning pregnancy, or breast-feeding.

Q Naftate drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of every prescription & nonprescription drugs you may use, especially about: other skin products. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or healthcare professional approval.

Q Naftate Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Q Naftate special notes: this medication is prescribed for your current condition only. don't use it for another infection or share this with someone else. another infection later on may require a different medicine.

If you missed Q Naftate dose: If you miss dose, apply as soon as remembered & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Q Naftate Storage: Store at room temperature away from moisture & sunlight. Avoid freezing. Keep powdered form from gettin wet. don't store at bathroom. Keep out of the reach of children.
