Sodium Chloride Rapid Add Usage: this solution is added to other IV solutions as sodium chloride supplement for human with very low sodium and/or chloride levels in their blood. this product is concentrated form about sodium chloride & should not be given by direct IV injection.

How to use Sodium Chloride Rapid Add: Follow every instructions for proper mixing and dilution with correct IV fluids. If you have questions regarding the use about this product, consult you're physician. this product must be diluted in an appropriate IV solution before it is given. Give this product by vein (IV) diluted in compatible solution as directed by the physician. dosage is based on youre age, weight, medical condition & response to therapy. this solution must be checked visually for particles or discoloration before use. If either is present, don't use liquid. Learn how to store & discard medical supplies safely. Consult your healthcare professional.

Sodium Chloride Rapid Add side effects: Tell your healthcare professional immediately if any of these highly unlikely but serious side effects occur: fever, swelling, irritation at injection site (e.g., redness, pain). If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or healthcare professional.

Sodium Chloride Rapid Add Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially about heart problems (e.g., congestive heart failure), lung problems (pulmonary edema), kidney problems, liver problems (e.g., cirrhosis), low levels of potassium (hypokalemia), high levels of sodium (hypernatremia), swelling (edema), any allergies. Caution is advised when using this med in infants for they may be more sensitive to effects of the product. Tell youre doctor if you are pregnant before using it med. It's unknown if this medication passes in to breast milk. Consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.

Sodium Chloride Rapid Add drug interactions: Tell some your doctor of every prescription and nonprescription drug you may use, especially: corticosteroids (e.g., prednisone), corticotropin. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or physician approval.

Sodium Chloride Rapid Add Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include: swelling, trouble breathing.

Sodium Chloride Rapid Add special notes: do not share this injection solution with others.

If you missed Sodium Chloride Rapid Add dose: Not applicable.

Sodium Chloride Rapid Add Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C). Consult some your pharmacist for guide about stability and storage after mixing with another IV medications. Discard any unused liquid.
