Lipram Usage: this medication contains digestive enzymes which help digest & absorb foods. Its used to treat symptoms of pancreatitis or other various digestive disorders.
How to use Lipram: this medication works best if taken with or after meals. Swallow the capsule whole. do not crush or chew this. the capsule may also be opened, contents sprinkled on a very small amount of soft food (e.g., gelatin, applesauce) & the food swallowed immediately without chewing. do not mix contents of capsule with alkaline foods such as milk or ice cream because the protective coating may dissolve prematurely. Antacids may hinder effects of this medication. do not take an antacid in same time as this drug. Wait at least 2 hours between administration.
Lipram side effects: Generally it drug is very well tolerated and side effects are mild if they occur. Diarrhea, cramping or stomach upset may occur when starting treatment. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your physician. Although very unlikely to occur, notify you're doctor if you develop: skin rash, severe stomach distress. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.
Lipram Precautions: Tell your physician your medical history, especially of: allergies (especially to pork). this pill must be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss risks & benefits with you're pharmacist. it isnt known if this med appears in breast milk. Consult youre healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Lipram drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist of all prescription & nonprescription medication you may use. don't start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Lipram Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Lipram special notes: do not share it product with others.
If you missed Lipram dose: Take any missed dose as soon as possible but not if Its almost time for next dose. If It's clock for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. don't 'double-up' dose.
Lipram Storage: Store in room temperature & keep away from moisture and heat. do not store in the bathroom.
