Vitamin B1 Usage: Thiamine, vitamin B1, is necessary to prevent or treat stomach, heart or nerve problems caused by thiamine deficiency.
How to use Vitamin B1: Take this medication as directed. Its usually taken three times day with meals. Follow any special dietary recommendations made by your healthcare professional or nutritionist while taking it med.
Vitamin B1 side effects: it tablet may cause itching, sweating, feeling about warmth, nausea, weakness, or restlessness. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to this medication. Consult your physician if any about these effects persist or become severe. Notify your healthcare professional if you experience: shortness of breath, tightness of the throat. If you missed Vitamin B1 dose: Take missed dose as soon as possible but not if it is almost clock for the next dose. If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose & resume your regular schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose.
Vitamin B1 Storage: Store in room temperature & keep away from moisture and sunlight. do not store in bathroom. do not freeze the liquid forms.
