Bisa Lax Usage: it medication is used to treat constipation or to clean out intestinal tract before bowel examinations or bowel surgery.
How to use Bisa Lax: Swallow the tablets whole with full glass of water or juice. do not crush or chew the meds. the tablets should work within 6 to 10 hours. do not take meds within one hour of taking any milk or dairy products. Severe stomach cramps & vomiting may occur. Bisacodyl shouldn't be used longer than seven days without consulting youre doctor. Prolonged use can lead to laxative dependence. Because it med must be swallowed whole, do not give it to child less then six years of age.
Bisa Lax side effects: this medication can cause stomach ache, cramping, weakness, sweating, irritation of the rectal area, diarrhea, or dizziness. Notify your pharmacist if you experience: chest pain, fainting, rectal bleeding, lack of bowel movement (especially after using it medicine). If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your pharmacist or physician.
Bisa Lax Precautions: If you have any about the following conditions, do not take bisacodyl with out consulting your doctor: severe nausea, vomiting, stomach/intestinal problems, recent abdominal surgery, rectal bleeding, vitamin/mineral deficiencies, appendicitis, gastritis, an allergic reaction to this medication. Frequent use of laxatives can cause dehydration & loss of essential nutrients. Symptoms can include muscle cramps, muscle weakness or dizziness. Maintain adequate fluid intake while using this tablet. Before using bisacodyl, tell you're doctor if you pregnant. it is not known if bisacodyl is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor.
Bisa Lax drug interactions: Tell your doctor of every prescription & nonprescription medications you may use, especially of: potassium supplements, antacids, acid blockers (e.g., cimetidine, famotidine, ranitidine), other laxatives. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
Bisa Lax Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include persistent diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, loss about appetite, muscle cramps, severe weakness, extreme thirst, or dry mouth.
Bisa Lax special notes: To help prevent constipation, drink four to six glasses about water daily, eat dietary fiber and/or leafy substances & exercise regularly.
If you missed Bisa Lax dose: If you miss dose, skip the missed dose. don't double the dose.
Bisa Lax Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in bathroom.
