Drituss G Usage: this medication is used to relieve dry cough & helps to loosen phlegm & mucous at the lungs so you can 'cough-up' (expectorate) mucous.

How to use Drituss G: Take each dose of it medication with a full glass of water. Water will also help break-up the mucous and clear congestion. Drink plenty about fluids while taking this pill, unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. do not take this medication since chronic, persistent cough such as occurs with smoking or asthma unless directed by your doctor. If cough lasts for more than one week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, headache or rash, consult your doctor.

Drituss G side effects: this tablet may cause stomach upset or rash. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your physician. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or doctor.

Drituss G Precautions: If you have any of the following health problems, consult you're physician before using this drug: breathing problems such as emphysema/chronic bronchitis/asthma, smoking, any allergies. this medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your pharmacist. it isn't known if this tablet is excreted into breast milk. Consult your physician before breast-feeding.

Drituss G tablet interactions: Tell some your doctor of all medicines you may use, (both prescription & nonprescription), especially: other cough-and-cold medicines. Guaifenesin may affect results about certain lab tests. Be sure youre caregivers aware you use this medicine before lab tests performed. don't start or stop any medicine without doctor or healthcare professional approval.

Drituss G Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, & unusually slow heartbeat.

Drituss G special notes: it med comes in a variety of dose forms such as meds, capsules, long acting pills or capsules & a syrup. Ask your physician or pharmacist to recommend the best product for you.

If you missed Drituss G dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. don't double dose to catch up.

Drituss G Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in the bathroom. do not freeze liquid forms about this drug. do not store syrup in refrigerator.
