Hydro Pro DM Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant which helps to loosen mucus. Dextromethorphan suppresses cough. Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. this combination medication is used to treat cough and relieve symptoms associated with common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis & other respiratory illnesses.

How to use Hydro Pro DM: this drug is best taken with a full glass about water after a meal or snack. Swallow long acting tablets & capsules whole. do not crush or chew them because the long action will be destroyed and the chance of side effects will be increased. Take this drug as prescribed. do not increase some your dose or take this more often than directed.

Hydro Pro DM side effects: Mild dizziness, mild drowsiness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea, dry mouth or nervousness may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, inform youre healthcare professional. Notify you're pharmacist if you develop: chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, painful or difficult urination, tremors, extreme nervousness, trouble sleeping. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or healthcare professional.

Hydro Pro DM Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional some your medical history, especially: kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, emphysema, HBP, overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, any drug allergies. cash it product's ingredient list since phenylpropanolamine (PPA). the FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult you're physician promptly if this contains PPA or if you uncertain it product has PPA. this medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Hydro Pro DM medication interactions: Tell your pharmacist of every prescription and nonprescription drugs you use, especially: med for blood pressure, MAO inhibitors (e.g., phenelzine, furazolidone, moclobemide, linezolid, procarbazine, selegiline), sibutramine, narcotic pain medicines (e.g., codeine, morphine). Limit your intake about alcoholic beverages while taking this medication. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Hydro Pro DM Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, loss about coordination, unusual movements of the eyes, slow or shallow breathing, unconsciousness, slurred speech, change in behavior, convulsions, unusual slow or quick heartbeat, chest pain, increased thirst, fatigue, muscle weakness, headache, fever, chills, big pupils, anxiety, sweating, or tremors.

Hydro Pro DM special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking it medication. it will help to break up mucus and clear congestion.

If you missed Hydro Pro DM dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take it if Its near the time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. don't double the dose to catch up.

Hydro Pro DM Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in bathroom.
