Zinc 15 Usage: it medication is mineral used to treat or prevent low levels about zinc.
Zinc 15 canbe used also for: it medication may also be used to promote wound healing.
How to use Zinc 15: Take it medication by mouth as directed by your physician or on package. Take it medication 1 hour before or two hours after meals. May be taken with food if it upsets your stomach. Best to swallow whole. do not crush or chew. Avoid milk, bran, grains, or cereals within 2 hours of taking it medicine. Use this tablet regularly in order to get most benefit from this. To help you remember, use this at the same times each day.
Zinc 15 side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, heartburn may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify youre pharmacist or pharmacist promptly. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: fever, chills, sore throat, sores in mouth, unusual tiredness, weakness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're healthcare professional or physician.
Zinc 15 Precautions: this medication should not be used if you have certain medical conditions. Before using this medicine, consult youre doctor or pharmacist if you have: low blood levels about copper. Before using this med, tell your pharmacist or physician your medical history, especially of: any allergies. Tell youre pharmacist if you are pregnant before using this tablet. this med passes into breast milk. While there have been no reports about harm to nursing infants, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Zinc 15 drug interactions: Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription & nonprescription products you may use, especially of: penicillamine, quinolone antibiotics (e.g., ciprofloxacin), tetracyclines, phosphorus containing products. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or doctor approval.
Zinc 15 Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fainting, & shortness of breath.
Zinc 15 special notes: don't share this medication with others. Its important to maintain well balanced diet while taking this medicine. Foods containing good sources about zinc include lean red meats, seafood, peas, and beans. Laboratory tests (e.g., zinc & copper levels) should be performed periodically to monitor your progress or check for side effects. Consult your doctor for more details.
If you missed Zinc 15 dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If It's near the time about next dose, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not double dose to catch up.
Zinc 15 Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from light and moisture. do not store in bathroom. Keep every medicines away from children & pets.
