Sinumist Sr Usage: this medication is used to relieve a dry cough and helps to loosen phlegm & mucous in lungs so you can 'cough-up' (expectorate) mucous.
How to use Sinumist Sr: Take each dose of this tablet with a full glass of water. Water will also help break-up mucous & clear congestion. Drink plenty of fluids while taking it medication, unless your physician instructs you otherwise. don't take this drug since a chronic, persistent cough such as occurs with smoking or asthma unless directed by your doctor. If cough lasts for more then one week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by a fever, headache or rash, consult your physician.
Sinumist Sr side effects: this medication may cause stomach upset or rash. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your healthcare professional. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or physician.
Sinumist Sr Precautions: If you have any of following health problems, consult your doctor before using it drug: breathing problems such as emphysema/chronic bronchitis/asthma, smoking, any allergies. it medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your doctor. It's not known if this tablet is excreted into breast milk. Consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Sinumist Sr med interactions: Tell your pharmacist of all the medicines you may use, (both prescription & nonprescription), especially: other cough-and-cold medicines. Guaifenesin may affect the results of certain lab tests. Be sure you're caregivers are aware you use it medicine before lab tests performed. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or doctor approval.
Sinumist Sr Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include drowsiness, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, & unusually slow heartbeat.
Sinumist Sr special notes: this medication comes in a variety of dose forms such as tablets, capsules, long acting meds or capsules and syrup. Ask you're physician or pharmacist to recommend the best product for you.
If you missed Sinumist Sr dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; don't take if it is almost clock since the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume some your usual dosing schedule. do not double the dose to catch up.
Sinumist Sr Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in bathroom. do not freeze liquid forms of it drug. do not store syrup in refrigerator.
