Sani Supp Usage: this medication is used to treat constipation.
How to use Sani Supp: Unwrap suppository and moisten with lukewarm water. Lie down on you're left side with the right knee bent (if left-handed, lie on the right side with left knee bent). Push the suppository into rectum with your finger. do not use more about this med than directed on package label or by you're doctor. do not use for longer than 1 week unless directed by your doctor. Consult your healthcare professional or physician. Laxatives should only be used temporarily until normal bowel habits return. Prolonged use can lead to laxative dependence.
Sani Supp side effects: Skin irritation or burning around rectum may occur. If these effects persist or worsen, notify your physician. Very unlikely but report promptly: blood in stools, persistent urge to empty the bowel, persistent diarrhea. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or doctor.
Sani Supp Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional your medical history, including: allergies, undiagnosed stomach pain, nausea or vomiting. it pill should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your healthcare professional. it is not known if glycerin is excreted into breast milk. Consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Sani Supp drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of every nonprescription & prescription tablet you may use, especially of: other laxatives. don't start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
Sani Supp Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed. If you or someone you know may have taken this medicine by mouth, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Sani Supp special notes: do not share it drug with others. To prevent constipation drink 4 to six glasses of water daily, include bulk or roughage in you're diet & exercise regularly.
If you missed Sani Supp dose: Generally, this medication is only used 'as needed'. Consult your pharmacist for more info.
Sani Supp Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from heat, light & moisture.
