Ambi 45 800 Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous & congestion. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. this combination drug is used to treat symptoms associated with a cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.

How to use Ambi 45 800: Take this medication by mouth. it should be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew medication. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this med as directed. don't increase the dose or take it more often or longer than prescribed. Its recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.

Ambi 45 800 side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur 1-st some days as your body adjusts to medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: chest pain, a rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. Ambi 45 800 drug interactions: Tell your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription med you may take including: sleeping meds, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, drug for depression, medication for hypertension. Tell your physician if you have taken any MAO inhibitors in last two weeks: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. do not start or stop any medicine with out physician or healthcare professional approval.

Ambi 45 800 Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, quick or irregular heartbeat, and seizures.
