Nicotrol Usage: this drug is used as event of a complete 'stop smoking' program, which includes behavior support. it product relieves nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
How to use Nicotrol: this is very important to stop smoking completely while using this nicotine product, & to follow all directions exactly, including patient information sheet containing proper use & disposal facts. the starting dose is based on your needs, generally using between 6 & 16 cartridges per day. Frequent, continuous puffing for 20 minutes is advised with each cartridge. Peak effect is generally within 15 minutes after the end about inhalation. After some your dose is established, Its generally maintained for about 3 months, then gradually reduced during following 3 months. Use for more than six months continuously isn't recommended. You may retry later if you unsuccessful in youre stop-smoking attempt. the mouthpiece is reusable. Clean with soap and water.
Nicotrol side effects: Headache, mouth/tooth & throat irritation, coughing, stuffy nose, change in taste sensation, stomach upset, sweating or diarrhea may occur. If these persist or worsen, notify you're physician promptly. Common symptoms usually from lack of nicotine (withdrawal) are dizziness, anxiety/mood changes. Report these problems if they persist or worsen. Unlikely but report promptly: chest discomfort, quick heartbeat. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your doctor or physician.
Nicotrol Precautions: Before using this drug, tell your doctor youre medical history, including: allergies (especially med allergies), asthma, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, blood vessel disease, pheochromocytoma, diabetes, high thyroid function, HBP, intestinal ulcers. this drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult youre pharmacist before using this tablet. it drug is excreted into breast milk. Consult youre physician before breast-feeding. Caution is advised when this drug is used in elderly.
Nicotrol drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of every nonprescription & prescription medication you may use, especially of: theophylline, certain antidepressants (e.g., amitriptyline, nortriptyline). don't start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or physician approval.
Nicotrol Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea; vomiting; excessive drooling; stomach pain; sweating; headache; dizziness; confusion; weakness; fainting; difficulty breathing; seizures; quick, weak, or irregular heartbeat; blurred vision; diarrhea; & hearing problems.

If you missed Nicotrol dose: Not applicable. it product is used as needed as directed.
Nicotrol Storage: Store at room temperature at or below 86 degrees F (30 degrees C) away from light and moisture.
