Corticosteroids - topical

Nupercainal HC Usage: this medication is used to treat swelling, inflammation, or itching of skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, rashes, insect bites, poison ivy, allergies & other irritations.

How to use Nupercainal HC: Clean & dry affected area before applying the medication. To apply, gently massage very small amount of medication into the affected area & surrounding skin. don't bandage, wrap or cover area treated unless you instructed to do so by your doctor. do not use plastic pants or tight fitting diapers on children being treated with it tablet in the diaper area. Avoid using it medication around the eyes unless directed to do so by your doctor.

Nupercainal HC side effects: it medication can cause burning, stinging, itching, or redness when first applied to the skin. this should disappear at few days as your body adjusts to med. it medication may also cause skin thinning & discoloration. If any of these effects persist or worsen, inform youre physician. Skin infections can become worse when using it medication. Notify your healthcare professional if redness, swelling or irritation does not improve. Very unlikely to occur but report promptly the next side effects: unusual weakness, weight loss, nausea/vomiting, fainting, dizziness. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact some your doctor or doctor.

Nupercainal HC Precautions: do not use it medication near eyes if you have glaucoma. Treatment with clobetasol, halobetasol propionate & augmented betamethasone dipropionate beyond 2 weeks consecutively is not recommended. don't use if they're is an infection or sores present on area to be treated. Though very unlikely, It's possible this medication will be absorbed into your bloodstream. this may have undesirable consequences that may require additional corticosteroid treatment. this is especially true for children and for those who have used this for an extended period if they also have serious medical problems such as serious infections, injuries or surgeries. it precaution applies for up to one year after stopping use about this drug. Consult your doctor or physician for more details. this drug should be used cautiously during pregnancy & only if clearly needed. Discuss the benefits and risks with your physician. Small amounts of it tablet may appear in breast milk. Consult with your physician before breast-feeding.

Nupercainal HC tablet interactions: Tell your physician about all tablets you may use, (both prescription & nonprescription), especially about: prednisone (or similar drugs), other skin medicines. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or healthcare professional approval.

Nupercainal HC Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Nupercainal HC special notes: Inform all youre pharmacists you use (or have used) this medication. do not share this medication with others.

If you missed Nupercainal HC dose: If you miss dose, use this as soon as remembered; do not use if It's almost time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Nupercainal HC Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight. Avoid freezing.
