Codimal a Usage: this medication provides relief of symptoms about allergic reactions such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes & sneezing. it may also be used to treat motion sickness relief of anxiety or tension, or sleeplessness.

How to use Codimal: it drug is usually injected into big muscle.

Codimal side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss about appetite, stomach upset, vision changes, irritability and dry mouth & nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to medication. If they persist or become bothersome, inform some your physician. Notify you're doctor if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, ringing at ears, difficulty urinating. may cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from seated or lying position. Change positions slowly & be careful on stairs. may cause drowsiness. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or doctor.

Codimal Precautions: Before using this drug, tell youre pharmacist your medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty at urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, hypertension, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland. Limit use of alcohol or other sedating type medications to avoid excessive drowsiness. preservative (benzyl alcohol) which may be found in it product or in liquid used to mix it product (diluent) can infrequently cause serious problems (sometimes death) if given by injection to an infant during 1st months about life (neonatal period). risk is greater with lower birth weight infants & is greater with increased amounts of benzyl alcohol. Symptoms include sudden gasping, hypotension, or a very slow heartbeat. Report these symptoms to doctor immediately should they occur. If possible, preservative-free product must be used when treating neonates. Caution is advised when using this drug in elderly because they may be more sensitive to effects of medication. it tablet should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Because this tablet appears in breast milk, consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding. do not take for some days before allergy testing. Test results canbe affected.

Codimal a drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist of all prescription & nonprescription drugs you use, especially of: sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, drug for depression or seizures, narcotics (medication for pain), other medication for colds/hay fever/allergies. do not take this drug if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within last two weeks. don't start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.

Codimal Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose at child may include hyperactivity, fever, flushed face, slurred speech, loss of coordination, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose at adults may include slow breathing, slow heartbeat, drowsiness, or unconsciousness.

Codimal special notes: do not share it product with others.

If you missed Codimal a dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost clock for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Codimal a Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight & moisture. do not freeze.
