Ambi 1000 Usage: this medication is used to relieve a dry cough and helps to loosen phlegm & mucous at the lungs so you can 'cough-up' (expectorate) mucous.

How to use Ambi 1000: Take each dose of this medication with full glass of water. Water will also help break-up mucous & clear congestion. Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication, unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. do not take this medication for chronic, persistent cough such as occurs with smoking or asthma unless directed by your doctor. If cough lasts for more than one week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, headache or rash, consult some your pharmacist.

Ambi 1000 side effects: this medication can cause stomach upset or rash. If these effects persist or worsen, inform you're doctor. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or doctor.

Ambi 1000 Precautions: If you have any about following health problems, consult you're pharmacist before using it drug: breathing problems such as emphysema/chronic bronchitis/asthma, smoking, any allergies. this drug should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Guaifenesin may affect the results of certain lab tests. Be sure youre caregivers are aware you use it medicine before lab tests are performed. do not start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or physician approval.

Ambi 1000 Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, and unusually slow heartbeat.

If you missed Ambi 1000 dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not double dose to catch up.

Ambi 1000 Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in bathroom. do not freeze liquid forms of this medication. do not store syrup in refrigerator.
