Sochlor Usage: this medication is used to reduce swelling of the cornea in certain eye conditions.

How to use Sochlor: Apply it med to eye as directed. Apply eye drops to affected eyes as follows: Wash hands 1'st. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch dropper or let this touch your eye. Shake the eye drops before using. Tilt youre head back, gaze upward & pull down lower eyelid to make pouch. Place dropper directly over eye & administer the prescribed number of drops. see downward and gently close you're eye for 1 to 2 minutes. Place one finger at corner of eye near the nose & apply gentle pressure. this will prevent drug from draining away from eye. Try not to blink & do not rub the eye. do not rinse dropper. Wash hands after use. If you are using another kind about eye drop, wait at least five minutes before applying other medications.

Sochlor side effects: Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable for period after applying the drops. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Burning or irritation of the eye may occur when first applied. If these symptoms continue or become worse, inform your doctor. Notify youre physician immediately if you develop: redness, pain, swelling in or around eyes, vision problems, sensitivity to light, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.

Sochlor Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: history of eye problems, any allergies. As with any tablet, this must be used cautiously during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Discuss risks and benefits with your healthcare professional.

Sochlor drug interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. don't start or stop any medicine with-out pharmacist or physician approval.

Sochlor Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Sochlor special notes: If condition for which it was prescribed does not improve or becomes worse after few days, consult your pharmacist.

If you missed Sochlor dose: If you miss a dose, use this as soon as remembered; don't use it if it is near the clock for following dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Sochlor Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 & 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. Discard this if solution turns color, cloudy or contains particles.
