Uni Lan Usage: this is an antacid that works at the stomach to neutralize & reduce acid. Antacids are used to treat an upset stomach caused by heartburn, acid indigestion, or sour stomach; to treat peptic ulcer, hiatal hernia or other conditions caused by an excess of stomach acid; & to prevent ulcers or bleeding from ulcers.

How to use Uni Lan: Take this drug as prescribed. Taking too many an antacid can reverse the effects and more acid will be secreted. in certain conditions, however, it may be necessary to take antacid as frequently as every 1 to two hours. To be effective, chewable pills must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed by a full glass of water. Shake liquid forms well before pouring each dose. do not take any other medication within 1 to 2 hours about taking an antacid. since antacids coat the stomach, they can prevent other drugs from being absorbed properly if taken in the same time.

Uni Lan side effects: this medication can cause nausea, loss of appetite, constipation or diarrhea, weakness, or headache. If these symptoms persist or become severe, notify some your healthcare professional. Notify your doctor if you notice black, tarry stools while taking this pill. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre physician or pharmacist.

Uni Lan Precautions: Tell your doctor some your medical history, especially of: kidney problems.

Uni Lan pill interactions: Tell your pharmacist about all prescription & nonprescription medications you may use, especially of: tetracycline, ferrous sulfate (iron), medications used for arthritis (e.g., aspirin, indomethacin), digoxin, isoniazid, pseudoephedrine, diazepam, methenamine, ketoconazole. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or physician approval.

Uni Lan Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include dizziness, fatigue, weakness, severe nausea & vomiting, loss of appetite, drowsiness, slow or shallow breathing, or loss of consciousness.

Uni Lan special notes: Refrigerating liquid antacids may improve the taste. don't freeze. If you dislike taste about one antacid, talk to you're doctor or pharmacist about switching to similar product. liquid antacid forms work faster and are more effective than other forms. However, chewable tablets may be more convenient.

If you missed Uni Lan dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if this is almost clock for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Uni Lan Storage: Store tablets, capsules & powdered forms at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in bathroom. do not freeze liquid forms about this medication.
