    Eye lubricant - ophthalmic

    Simular Drugs : Refresh, Refresh Endura, Refresh Liquigel, Refresh PLUS, Refresh Tears

    Refresh PLUS Usage: this tablet is used to relieve dry, irritated eyes.

    How to use Refresh PLUS: Use this tablet at eye as directed. To apply eye ointment/drops: Wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch dropper or top of ointment tube or let this touch you're eye. Tilt your head back, gaze upward & pull down lower eyelid to make a pouch. for drops, place dropper directly over the eye & administer the prescribed number about drops. watch downward & gently close your eye for 1 to 2 minutes. Place one finger at corner of eye near the nose and apply gentle pressure. this will prevent pill from draining away from the eye. for ointment, hold the tube directly over eye & gently squeeze a small ribbon of ointment into the eye. Slowly roll your eye in all directions to spread ointment. Try not to blink & don't rub eye. do not rinse the dropper. Wash hands after use. If you are using other eye medicines, wait at least five minutes before applying other medications.

    Refresh PLUS side effects: this drug may temporarily sting you're eyes when first applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome or the condition for which this was prescribed does not improve within some days, inform youre pharmacist. Vision may be temporarily unstable for few minutes after applying this. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: a skin rash, itching, eye pain or redness in or around eyes, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre physician or doctor.

    Refresh PLUS Precautions: Tell youre physician if you have: other illnesses, any allergies. Tell your pharmacist if you are pregnant before using this drug. Though, to date, no problems have been noted at nursing infants, consult your healthcare professional before you breast-feed.

    Refresh PLUS drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may use, especially of: other eye drug. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or doctor approval.

    Refresh PLUS Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. it medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Refresh PLUS special notes: some products contain preservatives which may cause irritation in persons with allergies or damage soft contact lenses. Discuss the various goods with some your health care professional.

    If you missed Refresh PLUS dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Refresh PLUS Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat. Discard this if solution isn't clear or colorless. Close cap tightly after each use.
