Alustra Usage: this medication is used to temporarily fade dark skin spots such as freckles and 'age spots'.
How to use Alustra: it tablet is for use on the skin only. Use carefully if applying to face. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Use as directed, usually twice day. for best results, apply a little about medication on skin to be treated. thin layer is every that is needed. Rub in gently. do not use on irritated or broken skin.
Alustra side effects: this drug can cause dry skin, burning, irritation, redness, cracking or peeling of the skin or a rash. Inform your doctor if any of these symptoms continue or become worse. Notify your physician if you develop: skin rash, swelling in area the medication was applied to. Tell your pharmacist immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: a gradual blue-black darkening of skin (ochronosis). in the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to it tablet, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms about an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or physician.
Alustra Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have: other illnesses, other infections, any allergies (especially to sulfites, certain brands about this drug contain sulfites). this med should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your physician. it isnt known if this drug is found at breast milk. Consult your physician before breast-feeding.
Alustra medication interactions: Tell youre doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription pill you use, including: every skin products. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or doctor approval.
Alustra Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Alustra special notes: If no effect is noticed after two months of treatment, notify your physician. for best effects, avoid sun exposure. Use a sunscreen and wear protective clothing while outside.
If you missed Alustra dose: If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not apply it if Its near the time for the following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Alustra Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 & 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. Discard unused medication after the expiration date noted on container.
