    Eye lubricant - ophthalmic

    Simular Drugs : Refresh, Refresh Endura, Refresh Liquigel, Refresh PLUS, Refresh Tears

    Refresh Usage: it med is used to relieve dry, irritated eyes.

    How to use Refresh: Use it pill in the eye as directed. To apply eye ointment/drops: Wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper or top about ointment tube or let it touch youre eye. Tilt your head back, gaze upward & pull down lower eyelid to make a pouch. for drops, place the dropper directly over the eye & administer prescribed number about drops. look downward and gently close some your eye for 1 to 2 minutes. Place one finger at the corner of eye near nose & apply gentle pressure. this will prevent the tablet from draining away from the eye. for ointment, hold tube directly over the eye & gently squeeze a small ribbon of ointment in to eye. Slowly roll your eye at every directions to spread ointment. Try not to blink and do not rub the eye. do not rinse dropper. Wash hands after use. If you are using other eye medicines, wait in least five minutes before applying other medications.

    Refresh side effects: this drug may temporarily sting your eyes when 1st applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome or the condition for which this was prescribed does not improve within some days, inform your healthcare professional. Vision may be temporarily unstable for few minutes after applying this. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: skin rash, itching, eye pain or redness in or around eyes, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre pharmacist or pharmacist.

    Refresh Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: other illnesses, any allergies. Tell your healthcare professional if you are pregnant before using this medication. Though, to date, no problems have been noted in nursing infants, consult your doctor before you breast-feed.

    Refresh pill interactions: Tell you're doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may use, especially of: other eye tablet. do not start or stop any medicine with-out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

    Refresh Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Refresh special notes: several products contain preservatives which may cause irritation in persons with allergies or damage soft contact lenses. Discuss the various products with your health care professional.

    If you missed Refresh dose: If you miss dose, use this as soon as remembered; don't use it if this is near the clock for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Refresh Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat. Discard this if solution is not clear or colorless. Close cap tightly after each use.
