    Stool softeners/stimulant combination laxatives - oral

    Uni Ease PLUS Usage: this medication is used since short-term treatment of constipation.

    How to use Uni Ease PLUS: Take each dose with full glass of water or juice & drink plenty about fluids while taking this drug. Laxatives shouldnot be used in persons experiencing stomach cramps, nausea or vomiting.

    Uni Ease PLUS side effects: this medication may cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rectal irritation, stomach cramps or bloating. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your physician. this drug may cause the urine to turn pink, red or brownish in color. don't be alarmed. It's not harmful. Notify your doctor if you develop: rectal bleeding, weakness, dizziness, fainting, sweating, skin rash, persistent constipation. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

    Uni Ease PLUS Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, edema, allergies (especially to tartrazine). Prolonged, frequent or excessive use of laxatives may lead to dependency. this drug should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss the risks and benefits with your healthcare professional. Consult youre healthcare professional before using any medication while breast-feeding.

    Uni Ease PLUS drug interactions: Because laxatives may interfere with the absorption of few medications, Its important to tell your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.

    Uni Ease PLUS Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, loss about appetite, muscle cramps, weakness, lack of feeling alert, or dry gums & eyes.

    Uni Ease PLUS special notes: To maintain normal bowel habits, it is important to drink plenty of fluids (4 to 6 eight ounce glasses day), increase your intake about fiber & roughage and exercise regularly.

    If you missed Uni Ease PLUS dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if It's near the clock for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Uni Ease PLUS Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & moisture. don't store in bathroom.
