Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Usage: it pill is used to treat swelling and itching about eye (ophthalmic).

How to use Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate: Use it as prescribed. To apply eye med, wash hands 1'st. Be careful not to touch dropper tip or let it touch affected area to avoid contamination. Shake suspension form well before using. Tilt youre head back, gaze upward and pull down the lower eyelid to make pouch. Place dropper directly over eye & administer the prescribed number about drops. see downward & gently close youre eye for 1 to 2 minutes. If you are using another kind of eye drug, wait five to ten minutes before applying.

Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate side effects: side effects listed assume short-term use about this drug. this pill may temporarily sting when 1'st applied. If it persists or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Vision may be temporarily blurred after applying eye medication. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your physician if you develop: skin rash, itching, redness or swelling in or around the eyes. Very unlikely effects: persistent vision problems, watering eyes, eye pain. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre pharmacist or pharmacist.

Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Precautions: Before using it medication, tell your healthcare professional: any allergies, infections, eye problems. Using contact lenses during treatment with it drug may increase the chance of developing an eye infection. Prolonged use may result in glaucoma, cataracts, & another eye problems. Consult youre doctor or physician. this drug must be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with you're healthcare professional. Consult your doctor if breast-feeding.

Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate tablet interactions: Tell your physician of all prescription & nonprescription medication you use. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or physician approval.

Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate special notes: If condition for which this was prescribed does not improve or becomes worse after few days, consult your doctor.

If you missed Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use if Its almost time since the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight. Avoid freezing.
