Uni Ease Usage: it pill helps fluids to mix with stool to keep them from becoming hard or dry. it is used to treat constipation.
How to use Uni Ease: Swallow capsules & tablets whole with full glass of water or juice. the liquid & syrup forms must be given in six to 8 ounces of milk or juice to prevent throat irritation. Relief is usually obtained at 1 to 3 days after 1st dose.
Uni Ease side effects: this drug can cause stomach ache, cramping or irritated throat (liquid & syrup forms). If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform you're doctor. Notify some your doctor if you experience: skin rash, rectal bleeding, lack about bowel movements. Frequent use of laxatives can cause dehydration & loss of essential nutrients. Symptoms include muscle cramps, muscle weakness or dizziness. Maintain an adequate fluid intake while using this medication. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Uni Ease Precautions: don't take aspirin (unless prescribed by your doctor) or mineral oil while taking stool softeners. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, do not take over-the-counter stool softeners (or any other nonprescription medication) without obtaining your doctor's advice.
Uni Ease drug interactions: it med is not recommended for use with mineral oil. Ask some your doctor or pharmacist for more details. Tell youre pharmacist of all prescription and nonprescription pill you may use, especially aspirin.
Uni Ease Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Uni Ease special notes: Laxatives should only be used temporarily until normal bowel habits return. Prolonged use can lead to laxative dependence. To prevent constipation: drink 4 to 6 glasses about water daily, include bulk or roughage at your diet, & exercise regularly.
If you missed Uni Ease dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; don't take if It's almost time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Uni Ease Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight & moisture.
