Cocaine HCL Usage: Cocaine is used as local anesthetic to temporarily numb areas of mouth, nose, & throat (mucous membranes).
How to use Cocaine HCL: this drug is applied directly to inside of mouth, nose, or throat. dosage depends on you're condition & response to tablet. do not use by vein (IV) or in the eye. Follow every instructions for proper use. Consult your pharmacist for details. When used for extended periods, it drug may not work as well and may require different dosing. Consult doctor if the pill isnt working well. Use it medication exactly as prescribed. do not increase youre dose, take it more frequently, or use for longer period about clock than prescribed because this drug canbe habit-forming. Also, if used for longer period of time, do not stop using this drug without youre doctor's approval.
Cocaine HCL side effects: Nausea, nervousness, & restlessness may occur. If it effect persists or worsens, notify some your doctor promptly. Tell your healthcare professional immediately if any about these serious side effects occur: mental/mood changes, loss of smell or taste. Tell your pharmacist immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: trouble breathing, chills, fever, unusually fast or slow heartbeat, chest pain, tremors, fainting. Tell you're healthcare professional immediately if any of these highly unlikely but very serious side effects occur: seizures, vision problems (e.g., blurred vision, hallucinations, sensitivity to light). If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or pharmacist.
Cocaine HCL Precautions: Tell your physician your medical history, especially about: HBP, heart disease, thyroid problems (e.g., hyperthyroid), seizures, infections, sores or trauma in region about application site (e.g., mouth, nose, throat), any allergies. this medication should be used with caution in children because they may be more sensitive to side effects (e.g., mental/ mood changes). this drug must be used with caution in elderly because they may be more sensitive to side effects (e.g., mental/ mood changes). this medication must be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with your doctor. this tablet is excreted into breast milk. Because of the potential risk to the infant, breast-feeding while using this drug isnt recommended. Consult you're doctor before breast-feeding.
Cocaine HCL tablet interactions: Tell youre pharmacist of all prescription & nonprescription med you may use, especially: stimulant-type medications (e.g., catecholamines such as norepinephrine or epinephrine; ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or amphetamines), beta-blockers (e.g., nadolol, propranolol), MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine). do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Cocaine HCL Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include: vomiting, stomach/abdominal pain, severe headache, irregular breathing, seizures, fainting.

Cocaine HCL Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from light and moisture.
