Irritant or stimulant laxatives - oral
Uni Cenna Usage: Irritant or stimulant laxatives used to treat constipation & to clear intestine before rectal or bowel examinations.
How to use Uni Cenna: Take each dose with a full glass of water or juice & drink plenty of fluids while taking it medication. Chewable tablets are to be chewed thoroughly. meds are to be swallowed whole with full glass about water. Wafers to be chewed. Laxatives should not be used in persons experiencing stomach cramps, nausea or vomiting.
Uni Cenna side effects: this pill may cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rectal irritation, stomach cramps or bloating. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform some your doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you experience: rectal bleeding, rapid heart rate, weakness, dizziness, fainting, sweating, skin rash, unrelieved constipation. this pill can cause the urine to turn pink, red or brownish in color. don't be alarmed. It's not harmful. Prolonged, frequent or excessive use about laxatives may lead to dependency. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or doctor.
Uni Cenna Precautions: Tell your doctor you're medical history, especially of: kidney disease, heart disease, HBP, swelling (edema), any allergies (especially to tartrazine). Castor oil is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Bulk producing laxatives an alternative. Discuss risks & benefits with youre physician. Consult your pharmacist before using any medication while breast-feeding.
Uni Cenna medication interactions: Because laxatives may interfere with the absorption of some meds, it is important to tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription tablet you may take. Avoid the use of dairy products or antacids within one hour of taking bisacodyl tablets. do not start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Uni Cenna Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, muscle cramps, weakness, lack of feeling alert, or dry gums & eyes.
Uni Cenna special notes: To maintain normal bowel habits, It's important to drink plenty about fluids (4 to 6 eight ounce glasses a day), increase your intake about fiber and roughage and exercise regularly.
If you missed Uni Cenna dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
