How to use Halotussin Dac: this drug is best taken with, or after, a meal or snack. Take this drug as prescribed. do not increase your dose or take this more often than directed.

Halotussin Dac side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea or anxiety may occur the first several days as your body adjusts to medication. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your healthcare professional. To avoid dizziness & lightheadedness when rising from seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit your intake about alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify your healthcare professional if you develop: chest pain, a rapid pulse, skin rash, high blood pressure, painful or difficult urination, tremors, nervousness, trouble sleeping, hallucinations. Halotussin Dac Precautions: Tell you're pharmacist if you have: kidney problems, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, emphysema, hypertension, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, depression, history of med dependency, any allergies. Halotussin Dac drug interactions: Tell youre healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take, including: blood pressure tablets, antidepressants, MAO inhibitors (e.g., selegiline, linezolid, furazolidone, phenelzine, tranylcypromine), cimetidine. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.

Halotussin Dac Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include slow or shallow breathing, slow heart rate, small pupils, severe drowsiness, or unconsciousness.

If you missed Halotussin Dac dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Halotussin Dac Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in the bathroom.
