Acne Treatment,extra Strength Usage: Benzoyl peroxide is used to treat mild to moderate acne.

How to use Acne Treatment,extra Strength: this drug is for topical use on affected area only. Avoid using it in the eyes, mouth and nose, & on inflamed or damaged skin. liquid wash or bar soap is used instead of soap one time or 2 times a day. Wet the skin before applying it. Gently work up a lather & rinse thoroughly. do not scrub the skin. Creams, lotions or gels are usually applied once or 2 times day to the affected area. a very small amount is applied to the affected region & rubbed in gently. Pads: Wash affected area of skin with mild cleanser & water then dry it. next apply the pad, usually 1 time or 2 times day to skin as directed.

Acne Treatment,extra Strength side effects: Slight stinging, dryness & peeling may occur initially. Expect this. However, notify your doctor if following effects occur: redness, irritation, scaly eruptions, rash. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.

Acne Treatment,extra Strength Precautions: Tell some your physician your medical history, especially: another skin problems, any allergies. this medication may bleach hair & colored clothing. Avoid contact. Safe use of benzoyl peroxide in children under 12 years old has not been established. Benzoyl peroxide must be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your physician. it is not known if this drug is excreted into breast milk. Though theyre have no reports (to date) of harm to nursing infants, consult you're physician before breast-feeding.
