Altarussin Pe Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous and congestion. Decongestants (e.g., pseudoephedrine) help relieve nasal congestion. it combination pill is used to treat symptoms associated with cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.

How to use Altarussin Pe: Take this med by mouth as directed. don't increase dose or take this more often or longer than prescribed. this is recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses a day) to help relieve congestion.

Altarussin Pe side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness or headache may occur 1st some days as your body adjusts to the medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify some your healthcare professional if you develop: chest pain, a rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.

Altarussin Pe Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have: heart problems, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, emphysema, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating or an enlarged prostate, seizures, allergies (especially drug allergies). Because this drug can cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. it is not known if it drug appears in breast milk; consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Altarussin Pe tablet interactions: Tell your doctor about any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take, including: sleeping meds, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, drug for depression, high blood pressure drugs. Tell your doctor if you have taken any MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) in the last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.

Altarussin Pe Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, quick or irregular heartbeat, & seizures.

Altarussin Pe special notes: do not share it product with others.

If you missed Altarussin Pe dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take if this is almost time for the following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Altarussin Pe Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat and sunlight. do not store in bathroom.
