Ionil T PLUS Usage: Coal tar shampoo is used to treat itching & skin flaking/irritation caused by certain skin conditions of the head & scalp (e.g., dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis).

How to use Ionil T PLUS: Apply it drug onto hair and scalp usually 2 times weekly; or as directed by your healthcare professional. Shake the bottle well before each application/shampoo. Wet your hair thoroughly with water and rub shampoo in to lather on your hair & scalp. Rinse your hair well with water & repeat. this medicated shampoo is for use on scalp and hair only. do not use if you have open skin (e.g., sores/wounds) on you're scalp. Avoid getting any of it shampoo in you're eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse your eyes thoroughly with water. If eye irritation persists or worsens, contact your doctor promptly. Avoid getting any of this shampoo on your clothes. this product may stain your clothing.

Ionil T PLUS side effects: Minor skin/scalp irritation or darkened/stained skin may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your healthcare professional promptly. Tell your pharmacist immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: big and/or painful skin sores/pimples on the scalp. An allergic reaction to this product is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Ionil T PLUS Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional your medical history, especially of: another skin conditions, any allergies. this medication may make you more sensitive to sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure or wear protective clothing or hat when outdoors. Tell youre physician if you are pregnant before using it medicated shampoo. Its unknown if this medication passes into breast milk. Consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.

Ionil T PLUS drug interactions: Tell you're doctor about all prescription and nonprescription drug you may use, especially: other medicated shampoos or topical products. do not start or stop any medicine with-out physician or pharmacist approval.

Ionil T PLUS Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this product may be harmful if swallowed.

Ionil T PLUS special notes: don't share this product with others.

If you missed Ionil T PLUS dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as you remember. If It's near time of the following dose, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. don't double dose to catch up.

Ionil T PLUS Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 & 30 degrees C) away from light and moisture.
