Warning: children and teenagers shouldnot use aspirin, aspirin- containing or aspirin-related meds since flu symptoms or chickenpox without 1st consulting physician. rare but serious illness known as Reye's syndrome may occur.
Tricosal Usage: it pill is similar to aspirin. It's used to relieve mild to moderate pain, reduce fever & to reduce swelling. It's used to treat arthritis & muscle injuries.
How to use Tricosal: Take it medication with food or after meals if stomach upset occurs. Swallow pills with a full glass of water. dosage depends on you're condition and response.
Tricosal side effects: it drug may cause stomach upset, heartburn, loss of appetite, increased thirst or dizziness. Notify your doctor promptly if any of these symptoms persist or worsen. Unlikely but report promptly: ringing in ears, black stools, difficulty hearing, dark urine, yellowing eyes or skin, easy bruising or bleeding. in the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this medication, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms about an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, breathing trouble. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or physician.
Tricosal Precautions: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: any allergies you may have, anemia, bleeding problems, ulcers, stomach or intestinal problems, asthma, kidney or liver disease, gout, nasal polyps. it pill is similar to aspirin. children and teenagers shouldnot take aspirin if they have chickenpox, influenza or any undiagnosed illness without 1-st consulting doctor of Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness. it medicine can cause stomach bleeding. daily use about alcohol, especially when combined with this medicine, may increase you're risk for stomach bleeding. money with you're pharmacist or healthcare professional since more information. this drug should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with youre doctor. Salicylate is excreted into breast milk. Though to date there have been no reports of harm to nursing infants, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Tricosal medication interactions: Tell your pharmacist of every over-the-counter & prescription drug you may use including: 'blood thinners' (anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs such as warfarin, heparins, NSAIDs), oral medication for diabetes, phenytoin, penicillin or sulfa antibiotics, phenylbutazone, methotrexate, corticosteroids, antacids, acetazolamide. it medication is closely related to aspirin. Aspirin is an ingredient in much of over-the-counter products. To prevent an overdose of aspirin, read the labels carefully before taking other pain relievers or cold goods to be sure they don't contain aspirin. Consult your healthcare professional if you uncertain youre over-the-counter products contain aspirin. do not start or stop any medicine with out physician or doctor approval.
Tricosal Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, wheezing, drowsiness, stomach upset, bloody stools, & ringing in ears.
Tricosal special notes: Although this tablet acts similarly to aspirin, it causes less stomach upset & fewer side effects than aspirin.
If you missed Tricosal dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take if this is almost time since the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the doses.
Tricosal Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. do not store in bathroom.
