Zephrex LA Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous & congestion. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. this combination drug is used to treat symptoms associated with cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.

How to use Zephrex LA: Take this medication by mouth. this must be swallowed whole. don't crush or chew pill. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this medication as directed. do not increase the dose or take it more many times or longer than prescribed. this is recommended to drink plenty about fluids (6-8 glasses a day) to help relieve congestion.

Zephrex LA side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss about appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur the 1-st several days as your body adjusts to the medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform you're doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: chest pain, a rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. Because this tablet can cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness and avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate it effect. Zephrex LA med interactions: Tell you're physician of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: sleeping tablets, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, pill since depression, drug for high blood pressure. Tell your physician if you have taken any MAO inhibitors at last 2 weeks: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. do not start or stop any medicine with-out healthcare professional or physician approval.

Zephrex LA Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, quick or irregular heartbeat, & seizures.

If you missed Zephrex LA dose: If you miss a dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take if Its almost time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Zephrex LA Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. do not store at the bathroom.
