Pin X Usage: this drug is used to treat intestinal worm infections such as pinworm, round worm and hook worm.

How to use Pin X: Shake well before using & take by mouth, usually as one single dose. Or take as directed by you're pharmacist. this may be taken with or with-out food. If necessary, a second treatment may be recommended in few weeks.

Pin X side effects: it med may cause stomach upset, loss of appetite, diarrhea, fever, headache, dizziness, drowsiness or rash. If any about these effects persist or become severe, inform you're physician. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.

Pin X Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially of: liver disease, malnutrition, anemia, any allergies. Use caution performing tasks requiring alertness such as driving or using machinery if this drug makes you drowsy or dizzy. Pyrantel should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your healthcare professional. It's not known if pyrantel is excreted into breast milk. Consult some your physician before breast-feeding.

Pin X drug interactions: Tell some your physician of all medicines you may use (both prescription & nonprescription), especially about piperazine. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Pin X Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Pin X special notes: Pinworm infections can easily spread to others. all family members in close contact with patient should be treated to decrease chance of spreading infection. Practice strict hygiene to prevent relapse of infection. Disinfect toilets daily. Change & launder undergarments, linens, towels & bedclothes daily.

If you missed Pin X dose: If you miss your dose, consult you're doctor.

Pin X Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. don't store in the bathroom. do not freeze.
