Chewable Antacid Usage: this pill is an antacid used to relieve upset stomach, heartburn or gas caused by stomach acid.
How to use Chewable Antacid: Take it by mouth as directed. Chew thoroughly and swallow. don't swallow the tablets whole. Follow each dose with full glass of water. do not increase the dose or take this more many of times then prescribed. If you feel your dose is not effective, consult your healthcare professional.
Chewable Antacid side effects: this drug is generally well tolerated. Constipation or stomach cramps may occur. Notify your physician if they continue or become severe. Tell some your pharmacist immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: loss of appetite, vomiting, dizziness, headache. If you missed Chewable Antacid dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered do not take it if it is near time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Chewable Antacid Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from light and moisture. do not store in bathroom.
