Acetaminophen/isometheptene/dichloralphenazone - oral

Migrin Usage: it drug is used to relieve migraine & tension headaches.
How to use Migrin: Take it med exactly as prescribed. do not increase your dose or take this more many times than directed. for migraine headaches, take two capsules at the 1'st sign of an attack. then take one capsule every hour as needed until headache is relieved. don't take more than 5 capsules in 12 hour period. in tension headaches, usually no more than 8 capsules a day recommended. don't exceed the maximum dose prescribed. this medication contains acetaminophen. don't take more acetaminophen than recommended (see Side Effects section).
Migrin side effects: Dizziness may occur as your body adjusts to the drug. If this effect continues or becomes bothersome, inform some your pharmacist. If you do not have liver problems, adult maximum dose of acetaminophen is 4 grams per day (4000 milligrams). If you take more than maximum per day amount, it may cause serious (possibly fatal) liver disease. Tell some your healthcare professional immediately if you have any about following symptoms about liver damage: severe nausea, yellowing eyes or skin, dark urine, stomach pain, extreme fatigue. An allergic reaction to this medication is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or healthcare professional.
Migrin Precautions: Tell some your physician if you have: heart disease, glaucoma, kidney disease, liver disease, HBP, allergies (especially drug allergies). it product contains acetaminophen. Acetaminophen can cause liver damage. per day use about alcohol, especially when combined with acetaminophen, may increase some your risk since liver damage. bucks with your doctor or healthcare professional for more information. this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your doctor. for small amounts of this drug are found in breast milk, consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Migrin drug interactions: Tell your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription med you may take or have recently taken, including: antidepressants, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine). Acetaminophen is an ingredient in much nonprescription products and in some combination prescription medications. Read labels carefully before taking other pain relievers, fever reducers, or cold goods to see if they also contain acetaminophen. Consult some your physician if you uncertain if your other prescription or nonprescription goods contain acetaminophen. (Also look maximum daily dose information at Side Effects section). do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or healthcare professional approval.
Migrin a Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include: severe nausea, vomiting, yellowing eyes or skin, stomach pain, dark urine, extreme fatigue, headache, agitation, low body temperature, rapid & shallow breathing, unusually rapid or slow heartbeat, & unresponsiveness.
Migrin special notes: Use caution while driving or doing tasks requiring alertness as this medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Notify your doctor if this medication fails to relieve you're headaches.
If you missed Migrin a dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take it if this is near time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Migrin a Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store at bathroom.
