Neutrogena T Gel Usage: Coal tar shampoo is used to treat itching & skin flaking/irritation caused by certain skin conditions of the head & scalp (e.g., dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis).

How to use Neutrogena T Gel: Apply this medication onto hair and scalp usually 2 times weekly; or as directed by youre physician. Shake the bottle well before each application/shampoo. Wet youre hair thoroughly with water & rub shampoo into lather on you're hair & scalp. Rinse youre hair well with water & repeat. this medicated shampoo is for use on the scalp & hair only. do not use if you have open skin (e.g., sores/wounds) on you're scalp. Avoid getting any of this shampoo in your eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse you're eyes thoroughly with water. If eye irritation persists or worsens, contact your pharmacist promptly. Avoid getting any of it shampoo on your clothes. this product may stain you're clothing.

Neutrogena T Gel side effects: Minor skin/scalp irritation or darkened/stained skin may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify some your doctor promptly. Tell youre doctor immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: big and/or painful skin sores/pimples on scalp. An allergic reaction to this product is unlikely, but seek immediate healthcare attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're healthcare professional or pharmacist.

Neutrogena T Gel Precautions: Tell youre doctor your medical history, especially of: other skin conditions, any allergies. it drug may make you more sensitive to the sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure or wear protective clothing or a hat when outdoors. Tell your healthcare professional if you pregnant before using this medicated shampoo. Its unknown if it drug passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Neutrogena T Gel med interactions: Tell you're physician about all prescription and nonprescription medication you may use, especially: other medicated shampoos or topical products. do not start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or pharmacist approval.

Neutrogena T Gel Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this product may be harmful if swallowed.

Neutrogena T Gel special notes: do not share this product with others.

If you missed Neutrogena T Gel dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near time of next dose, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not double dose to catch up.

Neutrogena T Gel Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from light & moisture.
