Benzoyl peroxide - topical

Desquam E Usage: Benzoyl peroxide is used to treat mild to moderate acne.
How to use Desquam E: this medication is for topical use on affected area only. Avoid using it in eyes, mouth & nose, & on inflamed or damaged skin. liquid wash or bar soap is used instead about soap once or 2 times day. Wet skin before applying this. Gently work up a lather and rinse thoroughly. do not scrub skin. Creams, lotions or gels are usually applied one time or twice a day to affected area. little bit is applied to affected area & rubbed in gently. Pads: Wash the affected area about skin with mild cleanser & water then dry it. following apply pad, usually once or two times a day to the skin as directed.
Desquam E side effects: Slight stinging, dryness and peeling may occur initially. Expect this. However, notify your pharmacist if following effects occur: redness, irritation, scaly eruptions, rash. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Desquam E Precautions: Tell your doctor youre medical history, especially: other skin problems, any allergies. this drug may bleach hair & colored clothing. Avoid contact. Safe use of benzoyl peroxide in children under 12 years old has not been established. Benzoyl peroxide should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with some your healthcare professional. It's not known if this tablet is excreted into breast milk. Though there have no reports (to date) of harm to nursing infants, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Desquam E drug interactions: Tell youre physician of all medicines you may use, both prescription & nonprescription, especially: other skin medicines. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.
Desquam E Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Desquam E special notes: this pill is available in much of forms such as lotion, cream, gel or cleanser and in various strengths (2.5% to 10%). several can be purchased without a prescription. Discuss various products with your doctor or healthcare professional to determine the best one since you.
If you missed Desquam E dose: Use missed dose as soon as you remember and resume you're regular dosing schedule.
Desquam E Storage: Store between 59 and 76 degrees F (15 & 24.4 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight.
