Bidex DM Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant which helps to loosen mucus. Dextromethorphan is cough suppressant. this combination drug is used to treat cough associated with the common cold, allergies & other respiratory illnesses.

How to use Bidex DM: Take it tablet as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. do not increase your dose or take this more much times than directed. Capsules & long-acting pills must be swallowed whole with full glass of water. don't crush or chew them. long action will be destroyed & the chance about side effects will be increased.

Bidex DM side effects: Headache, dizziness, loss of appetite, nausea or vomiting may occur the first some days as your body adjusts to medication. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform youre doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you develop any of these effects while taking this tablet: skin rash, trouble breathing. Use caution driving or operating machinery if this medication makes you feel dizzy. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or healthcare professional.

Bidex DM Precautions: Tell you're doctor you're medical history, especially of: lung disease (e.g., asthma, emphysema), any allergies. this pill should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with some your doctor. since small amounts about this pill found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Bidex DM medication interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription med you may take including: MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine). don't start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

Bidex DM Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, blurred vision, slowed breathing, & seizures.

Bidex DM special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this drug. it will help to break up mucus and clear congestion.

If you missed Bidex DM dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take this if It's near time for following dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Bidex DM Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. don't store in the bathroom.
