Feverall Usage: this med is used to relieve mild to moderate pain & to reduce fever.
How to use Feverall: If suppository is too soft to insert, put this in cold water or refrigerate for 30 minutes before removing the foil wrapper. Unwrap the foil and moisten the suppository with a little water. Lie down on your left side with right knee bent. Push suppository into rectum with your finger. Remain lying down for few minutes & avoid having bowel movement for an hour or longer so drug will be absorbed. Take this medication as directed. do not take more often than recommended. do not use for more than 10 days without consulting your doctor. Not to be given to children under 3 years of age without doctor's approval. do not take more acetaminophen than recommended (see Side Effects section).
Feverall side effects: When taken as directed, the majority of the people experience very small amount or no side effects with it drug. Tell your pharmacist immediately if any of these highly unlikely but very serious side effects occur: simple bruising or bleeding, persistent sore throat or other signs of infection. If you do not have liver problems, adult maximum dose of acetaminophen is 4 grams daily (4000 milligrams). If you take more then maximum daily amount, it can cause serious (possibly fatal) liver disease. Tell your physician immediately if you have any of following symptoms of liver damage: severe nausea, yellowing eyes or skin, dark urine, stomach pain, extreme fatigue. in the unlikely series you have an allergic reaction to this med, seek medical attention immediately. Symptoms about an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre physician or physician.
Feverall Precautions: If you have any about following health problems, consult you're doctor before using this drug: liver disease, alcohol dependency, any allergies. Feverall drug interactions: Tell your doctor of all nonprescription & prescription drugs you use, especially of: isoniazid, phenytoin, phenobarbital, zidovudine, sulfinpyrazone. Acetaminophen is an ingredient in many nonprescription products & at some combination prescription meds. Read labels carefully before taking other pain relievers, fever reducers, or cold products to watch if they also contain acetaminophen. Consult your pharmacist if you uncertain if your other prescription or nonprescription goods contain acetaminophen. (Also look adult maximum per day dose information in Side Effects section). do not start or stop any medicine with out doctor or physician approval.
Feverall Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed. Symptoms about overdose may include vomiting, excessive sweating, severe nausea, yellowing eyes or skin, dark urine, stomach pain, extreme fatigue.
Feverall special notes: Acetaminophen does not cause the stomach & intestinal ulcers that aspirin & aspirin-like NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen, ketoprofen) may cause.
If you missed Feverall dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; don't use if it is almost time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Feverall Storage: Store in room temperature away from sunlight. May also refrigerate.
