Acetaminophen/isometheptene/dichloralphenazone - oral

Migquin Usage: this medication is used to relieve migraine & tension headaches.
How to use Migquin: Take this medication exactly as prescribed. do not increase you're dose or take this more often than directed. for migraine headaches, take 2 capsules at the 1'st sign of an attack. then take one capsule every hour as needed until headache is relieved. do not take more than 5 capsules in 12 hour period. in tension headaches, usually no more then 8 capsules day recommended. do not exceed the maximum dose prescribed. this tablet contains acetaminophen. do not take more acetaminophen than recommended (see Side Effects section).
Migquin side effects: Dizziness may occur as youre body adjusts to medication. If it effect continues or becomes bothersome, inform some your doctor. If you do not have liver problems, the adult maximum dose about acetaminophen is four grams per day (4000 milligrams). If you take more than the maximum daily amount, it can cause serious (possibly fatal) liver disease. Tell your doctor immediately if you have any about following symptoms about liver damage: severe nausea, yellowing eyes or skin, dark urine, stomach pain, extreme fatigue. An allergic reaction to this med is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms about an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.
Migquin Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: heart disease, glaucoma, kidney disease, liver disease, HBP, allergies (especially drug allergies). it product contains acetaminophen. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage. daily use of alcohol, especially when combined with acetaminophen, may increase your risk for liver damage. cash with your physician or doctor for more information. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with some your doctor. since small amounts about this medication found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Migquin drug interactions: Tell your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription pill you may take or have recently taken, including: antidepressants, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine). Acetaminophen is an ingredient in much nonprescription products & in few combination prescription medications. Read labels carefully before taking other pain relievers, fever reducers, or cold products to see if they also contain acetaminophen. Consult your doctor if you are uncertain if your other prescription or nonprescription products contain acetaminophen. (Also see maximum per day dose guide in Side Effects section). do not start or stop any medicine with out doctor or physician approval.
Migquin Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include: severe nausea, vomiting, yellowing eyes or skin, stomach pain, dark urine, extreme fatigue, headache, agitation, low body temperature, rapid & shallow breathing, unusually rapid or slow heartbeat, & unresponsiveness.
Migquin special notes: Use caution while driving or doing tasks requiring alertness as it med can cause drowsiness or dizziness. Notify your doctor if this med fails to relieve some your headaches.
If you missed Migquin dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take it if it is near the time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Migquin Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. do not store in bathroom.
